Billing Support

Some common billing questions:
 

  • I have a question about my media invoice, who do I contact?
    Please contact your Account Representative directly. If you are not sure, please email our support team: support@flxfinest.net. This is the fastest way to resolve any questions.

     

  • I chose PayPal to pay for my materials, why does it say NERUS Strategies, LLC? NERUS Strategies is the authorized representative, via PayPal for your FLX Finest schedule.
     

  • We usually trade for our media time, I don't see that in your order form.
    FLX Finest is a paid advertising program. We do not trade for any of these products.

     

  • I ordered something from the store, when will it arrive?Please allow up to 7-10 business days for creation of your custom order. Shipping varies by product. You will receive "staging" emails as your order is processed through each stage. A final proof will need to be approved by you prior to shipping.
