Welcome to the third edition of FLX Finest, presented by LakeSide Enterprises of the Cayuga Nation. This program highlights the businesses, people, and places that make the Finger Lakes region unique, as chosen by the local community. Known for its stunning landscapes, glacial lakes, and world-renowned vineyards, the Finger Lakes is a hub for outdoor adventure and fine wine, complemented by its rich history, charming towns, and vibrant cultural scene.
At FLX Local Media, we are connected to the communities we serve. As a locally owned and operated company, we have been dedicated to promoting and supporting local businesses since 2000. Our seven-station network, with offices in Geneva, Auburn, Penn Yan, and Canandaigua, proudly serves the central Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. The FLX Finest program is an extension of our commitment to putting local first.
This year’s contest saw more than 1,800 businesses, organizations, and individuals compete in 218 categories, with over 118,000 votes cast by the community. The overwhelming response reflects the pride residents have for their local businesses and the region itself.
